Azospirillum Medium w/o Agar – HX-MEDIA – Hexa Biotech

Azospirillum Medium w/o Agar Uses :- Recommended for cultivation of Azospirillum species.

Directions:- Part A : Dissolve 6.33 Grams in 950 ml distilled water, boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 ‘C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45 ‘C. Part B : Dissolve 4 Grams of part B in 50 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix 950 ml of Part A with 50ml of Part B in 1 liter sterile container, mix well and dispense into sterile tubes or flasks as desired.

Disposal :- To avoid the contamination or propagation of any hazardous microbes the used, unusable or modified preparation of this product must be disposed after autoclaving or incineration after completion of task.

Expected Performance when stored at optium conditions and within the expiry date.

Hygroscopic; Keep container tightly closed. Store in cool (10-30 ‘C) & Dry Place.
