• Suitable for laboratories, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, Dyes, Glass plants etc. Particularly useful for Heating inflammable liquids. Electric heating net is hand knitted from glass Yarn and there is no joint to maintain the strength of the yarn and stands high temperature up to 350 degree c. the body of the mantle is spun one piece from non-rusting Aluminum duly stoving painted. All heating mantles are lagged with special grade mineral wool.

• In contrast to other heating devices like hotplates or Bunsen these glassware containers can be placed in direct contact with heating mantle without substantially bringing an increase in the risk of glassware shattering as heating element of mantle comes insulated from container thus preventing excessive temperature gradients

• Body of Mantle made of spun joint less Aluminium.

• Heating element knitted fibre glass netting properly insulated

• Long lasting element made by nichrome wire.

• Maximum surface Temperature 350 deg cel

• Temperature Controlled by energy regulator

• Non breaking nichrome connection having porcelain beeds covered to nett.
